Are your items pre-worn?
Due to the nature of vintage and pre-loved classic items we can not guarantee that all of our pieces have not been pre-worn however all items are cleaned properly before being sold. On occasion we will work with suppliers that enable us to sell unworn pieces which are sourced from deadstock, a term used to describe stock that was never sold to/used by consumers before being removed from sale, usually because it was outdated. Deadstock is often warehoused, but it can also subsequently be offered for sale.
What is a reworked piece?
A rework piece is a vintage or pre-loved classic piece that has been altered, by our head designer, into new and unique pieces. Each one of these items is completely unique and a one off and is designed by us, right here in house.
What is a classic piece?
Classic pieces are items we have carefully collected that may be gently worn and deemed to have lasting worth. These are classic designs that look good and will fit in well anywhere.
Why can I not I buy this in all sizes?
Due to the nature of our vintage, classic and rework items, they are all unique and one-off pieces so are only available in the size that we have listed.
How do you size your items?
The estimate size included in the description of the item is our best estimate of the size of the item. We also always include the height and size of the model to help you decide whether something will fit you. Please be sure to check the estimate sizing and how the item fits on the model to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
How do I buy something I saw on the Instagram account?
-Items on the @geminedesign Instagram account are available to buy online, we can ship straight to you!
How do I use my discount/promo code?
When you are purchasing your items at the checkout you can enter your discount/promo code and your discount will be applied.
Can I amend my order?
Amendments to orders may be possible providing the order has not already been processed and shipped. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line ‘Order Amendment’ and we will respond as quickly as possible to try and amend your order.
My order has not arrived yet, what do I do?
In the case of a late or undelivered order you can contact us at email@example.com with the subject line ‘Late Order’ and we will try to sort the problem for you.
An item is missing from my order, what do i do?
If you are missing an item from your order email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line ‘Missing Items’ and we will send the missing item as soon as possible with free delivery for the inconvenience caused.
I have received a faulty item or an incorrect item, what do I do?
Vintage, Classic and reworked items are final sale and sold as seen, any damages to the item will be included in the condition notes in the description of the item. Please be sure to check size, condition notes and photos to ensure you will be happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of vintage, reworked and classic gently worn items, we regret that we can only refund these items if it has been agreed with us via email that the item has been grossly misrepresented, mutually agreed by Gemine Design that the damage could not have occurred while in the ownership of the purchaser. We hope you understand the need for this and please note we are always as reasonable as possible.
How do I return something to you?
All of our vintage, classic and rework pieces are final sale and non-refundable. Please be sure to check size, condition notes and photos to ensure you will be happy with your purchase. If we agree that the product has been grossly misrepresented, we can offer a refund or exchange within seven days. Sale or discounted items are non-returnable, with no refund or exchange unless faulty. Non-vintage, non-sale, unworn items can be returned for refund only when received within 14 days of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE : All return items must be unworn and unwashed with tags in place. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied. In this case, we will also not be responsible for the cost of returning it to the customer.
Please return your items within 7 days (agreed vintage) 14 days (non-vintage) of receipt to the address below. Include your order number on the outside of the envelope and please return as follows to:
